Bear Claw camp 2025

You are invited to attend the Scout Bear Claw Camp 2025.

Theme camp for Scouts and 3rd year Cubs lead by Venturers & Rovers.

This camp span over 4 days starting on Friday evening until Monday noon. Many groups from all over the region of Montreal and from other areas of the province are participating!

On its 38th edition, it's a great opportunity to meet other groups and have fun participating in various activities.

Cost ?
$95.00 per participant

Cost is per person (youth and adults) and includes accommodation for 3 nights, a badge, a t-shirt and 1 meal (Sunday community dinner). Transportation, other meals and expenses are at the participant or group expense.

Cancellation policy
  • Cancellation within 1 week of the camp (after May 9th) is non refundable.
  • Canceling after registration closing date of April 1st until May 9th (1 week prior to camp) will be charged a cancellation fee of $30 per participant and any amount paid in excess of $30 paid will be refunded. 
  • No merchandise will be handed out for any form of cancellation OR NO SHOW (no badge, t-shirt or necklace).  No camp, no goodies!

Registration is required before sending payment! Otherwise payment will not be accepted.

Payment can be made by Interac transfer to R.schmitt60@outlook.com or by cheque payable to "Groupe Scout St-Eustache" and mailed to 555 Grande Allée, Boisbriand, QC j7G 1W2. 

Please specify the name of the participant(s) to whom the payment should be applied. Otherwise payment will be refused.

Notes

The site offers portable toilets, drinking + rain water and plenty of pic-nic table on each campsite.  Firewood is also provided.  You may cut and burn any fallen woode.  No tree cutting!

Important improvement were done on the site for Scout camping since our camp last year.  Don't miss it!
